Avanix is a professional manufacturer and a wholesale exporter on 19” standard cabinets and racks. Our factory was established in Ningbo, Zhejiang in 2007, now it covers more than 12000 square meters, with 3 assembling lines and 1 automatization spraying painting line. Hundred of equipments including Punching Presses, Bending machines, Shears, Welding machines are running under 2 different shifts.

All our team members are rich experienced in cabinet business which allows us to work efficiently and smoothly. Some of our engineers have been in cabinets business for more than 15 years, not only they improve cabinets’ structures and delivery packages based on the experiences, but also offer good advice on OEM products and feasible solutions to data centers. There are 24 QC staff s strictly implementing quality control under ISO9001:2000 standards.

The main products range from different kinds of 19"standard cabinets to the OEM items. The standard cabinets including 19” floor standing server cabinets, network cabinets, 19” wall mount enclosures, 19”post racks and wall mount brackets as well as full set of data cabinet accessories, etc.

Most of our 19”standard racks even wall mounted enclosure could be shipped in knocked down package to save shipping freight and warehouse storage. Regarding the bolted cabinets, structures have been ameliorated to ensure good stability and rigidity, installations have been simplified to quick the assembling, packages have been improved to make easier delivery and warehouse management. Your various demands on non-standard 19” cabinet racks and data center are also welcomed.

We also do some out-sourcing on some other products, such as LAN cable, patch cable, optical fiber cable, etc., to meet your one-stop-shop requirements.
